Q: What is your check-in/check-out time?
A: Check-in: 4.30 p.m. till 7.30pm. If you wish to arrive outwith these times just contact us with your arrival time | Check-out: 10:00 a.m. If you wish a later check out time will try and accommodate this but there maybe an additional charge

Q: What are my transportation options to/from the airport?
A: You have several options for airport transportation: 

Q: What is your payment policy? 
A: If booked direct with us ( not through a third party website) a deposit of £200 is required. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking this will be returned otherwise there is no return of the deposit. Balance of payment is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellation policy is. Up to 7 days before arrival 50% of the booking is payable. Within 7 days of arrival 100% of the booking is payable.  If a non refundable rate is agreed no refund will made once booking is made. 

If booked through a third party the terms and conditions will be as the third parties T&C.  

We strong advise that you take out travel insurance to cover all circumstances. This includes Covid 19. We are governed by the Scottish Government Regulations only and these regulation will take priority over all other regulations.

Q: Is there a good housing keeping bond required? 
A: You will be asked for a credit / debit card to act as security for any damages. This will only be charged if there items that we have deemed to be damaged by your party. 

Q:Do you accept Stag or Hen groups?
A: Yes we accept these groups. The good house keeping bond will be £500 and will be required to be paid in advance. This is returned within 3 days of departure to a UK bank account. This condition applies to all bookings ,including bookings through a third party web site

Q: How many floors and guest rooms does your  house have? 
A: Our property includes 3 floors with 9 rooms. It is not suitable for wheelchair access and there is no lift. For details of number of stairs to each floor please get in touch and we can advise

Q: Are you graded or checked by any organisation? 
A: Yes, We are independently assessed and quality checked by VisitScotland and have be awarded a 3 star grading. We are also a member of Trip Advisor.

Q: What if something is not right when we arrival or during  our stay?
A: We are avialable 24 hours a day. Just call us and we will try to attend to your requirements

Q: Are you a pet-friendly ? 
A: Our property does not allow pets at this time.

Q: Do you have smoking and non-smoking floors? 
A: 
Our entire house is 100% smoke-free in accordance with Scottish Law. Violation of this policy will incur a £300 charge plus any deep cleaning costs.

 

Q: Can you refuse entry to our group? 
A: If your group act irresponsibile  or display any inappropriate behaviour  on arrival or during your stay, we maintain the right to refuse entry or remove all guests from the house. No refund will be given.
